Ordering Process:

How do I place an order for custom-made furniture?

To place an order, please fill out our detailed contact form on our website and provide as much information as possible, including photos or links to furniture you want to get custom made, estimated dimensions, wood type, finish, and production urgency.

How long does it take to receive a rough estimate?

We aim to provide a rough estimate as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 business days.

Do you provide quotes or estimates?

We only provide quotes or estimates after receiving a rough estimate and knowing that the customer is serious about ordering from us. 

Can I request additional consulting services?

Yes, we offer additional services at extra cost, including furniture design, virtual interior design/staging, and implementation of custom-made furniture into overall design. If you decide to proceed with a custom order, we will credit 50% of the cost of furniture design service towards the actual production of your custom-made furniture.

Production Process:

How long does it take to produce custom-made furniture?

The production time depends on the type of furniture being made, the wood type being used, and the urgency of the project. We will provide regular updates with photos/videos of work in progress.

Where are your artisans located?

Our skilled Moroccan artisans are located in Morocco, where they handcraft each piece of furniture with great care and attention to detail.

What types of wood do you work with?

We work with a variety of woods, including almond, ash, boxwood, carob, cedar, eucalyptus, juniper, lemon, mahogany, oak, olive, palm, pine, redwood, thuya, and walnut.

What is your warranty policy?

We offer a lifetime warranty on everything we make. If there is a problem, we will work with you to resolve it. If the issue is due to a manufacturing error or material defect, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. However, if the problem is due to customer misuse or other factors, we will not honor our lifetime warranty.

Shipping Process:

How long does it take to receive my custom-made furniture?

Shipping time varies depending on your location and the carrier used. We ship via FedEx, DHL, or other carriers. While we have no control over customs fees or transportation time, our lower prices, faster production time, and exotic woods make it more attractive to US customers.

Do you offer assembly and installation services?

While we recommend using a professional to assemble and install your custom-made furniture, we can provide help and support via Whatsapp phone or video call free of charge. Please contact us in advance to arrange an appointment.

What do I do if there's damage during shipping?

We carefully pack and take photos/videos of your custom-made furniture before shipping it out. If there is any damage during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos/videos of the damage, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

The states that require sales tax collection for online furniture purchases are California, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Vermont, and Washington.

Why are online retailers collecting sales tax?

On June 21, 2018, the US Supreme Court ruled that states have the right to collect sales tax from online retailers. Online retailers work with individual states and tax collection software providers to be in compliance with this ruling.

Are small businesses required to collect sales tax in all states?

No, small businesses are not required to collect sales tax in most states. However, if you are buying furniture and having it shipped to your home in a state where the retailer is not required to collect tax, you may be responsible to remit the sales tax for your Internet purchases.

Are there any tax-free days for furniture purchases?

Yes, some states offer special tax-free days for certain purchases, including furniture. You should watch for announcements from your state government and the retailer’s social media pages or newsletter for more information.

Can I avoid paying sales tax by purchasing furniture from a state that doesn't require tax collection?

If you purchase furniture from a state where the retailer is not required to collect tax, you may still be responsible for remitting sales tax to your state. Check with your state sales tax department regarding their policy on Internet purchases.
