Returns & Cancellations

At Moroccan Wood Working, we specialize in offering solid wood furniture from Morocco that is made-to-order. Please take note of our policies regarding cancellations, changes, returns, and order storage.

Cancellations & Changes

Once an item is in transit for delivery, it cannot be canceled. Orders may be canceled within 72 hours of placement for a $100 processing fee. Orders canceled after 72 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. The processing fees for order changes vary, please contact us for details. Custom orders cannot be canceled or returned, and poly-wood orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please keep in mind that our furniture is crafted specifically for you, and canceled orders are difficult for us to resell.

How to Avoid Cancellation Fees

If your order is tentative, please let us know so we can hold it for a few days before beginning the crafting process.


•Measure your space carefully and check our blog for tips on ensuring your furniture fits

•Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in “as-new” condition, except for custom, showroom, and special orders

•Reasonable restoration fee may be charged for damaged items

•Credit or refund issued for item value less a 25% restocking fee, pending inspection

•Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, but we can assist with shipping logistics upon request

•Federal and state regulations prohibit returns on mattresses

Order Storage

If you are unable to take delivery of your furniture upon completion, please contact us to arrange for temporary storage. We offer complimentary storage for up to 1 month after completion, and after that, a storage fee of 1% of the purchase price per month will be charged for furniture stored for less than 3 months. After 3 months, the storage fee increases to 5% of the purchase price per month. We cannot store furniture for longer than 6 months without special arrangements.

Abandoned Orders

orders that remain unclaimed after 6 months will be subject to a 50% restocking fee, plus actual shipping charges.

Refund Requests

We are happy to process a price adjustment for you if the price of any furniture item you have ordered from us is reduced within 10 days of submitting your order. Please note that price adjustments are not available for marked down, clearance, Copeland Furniture, or customized items. Shipping charges are also excluded from price adjustments.
